Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 6, 2026

First Call ("we," "us," "our") provides a missed-call text-back service for businesses and their customers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Mobile information is never shared. No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with subprocessors solely to deliver our service (for example, our telephony provider) is not shared for marketing.

Information We Collect

How We Use Information

SMS / Text Messaging

When a customer calls a business that uses First Call and the call is not answered, an automated text reply may be sent to the number that called. Message frequency varies based on customer activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts, or HELP for assistance. Opting out stops automated messages from that business's First Call number.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as our cloud, telephony, and payment providers), only as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and with Meta and Google for advertising measurement as described under Cookies and Advertising below. As stated above, mobile information and opt-in data are not shared with third parties for marketing.

Cookies and Advertising

Our public website uses cookies, the Meta Pixel, and the Google tag to measure our ads and show them to people who visited our site. This shares browsing activity (such as pages viewed and whether you requested our guide, created an account, or started a trial) with Meta and Google. It never includes your phone number, your callers' phone numbers, or SMS data. You can opt out through your Facebook ad settings, Google's My Ad Center (myadcenter.google.com), or your browser's cookie controls.

Data Retention & Security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Messages Sent for Subscriber Businesses

First Call processes phone numbers and message content on behalf of subscriber businesses as a service provider. Each subscriber's messaging privacy policy is published at getfirstcall.app/p/[business]/privacy. First Call does not use consumer information received through subscriber messaging for First Call's own marketing.

Your Choices

Customers can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Businesses may request access to or deletion of their account data by contacting us.
